Why it is Better to Avoid Vaping Rather than Smoking
Whether you’re an ex-smoker or perhaps a current smoker, the thought of E-Cigarettes and E-juices may intrigue you. It’s a new way of getting nicotine into one’s body without the associated tar and toxic byproducts. You can find even non-nicotine varieties open to those who wish to give it a try. Many say that the electric cigarettes can be quite helpful in helping them quit the hard habit of smoking.
So, is it safe to use? It is just a viable alternative to nicotine gum, patches, and inhalers. It’s completely safe to use. But it’s still easier to avoid smoking entirely, or even to at least minimize it as much as possible. So, let’s take a look at the risks associated with E-Cigarettes and E-juices, and observe how vaporizing can help you avoid them.
To start with, let’s look in mind disease. That is a big one. Many researchers believe that there are significant cardiovascular benefits to using Vape Pen Battery electronic cigarettes, because they produce propylene glycol, which is considered to be a “smart” tobacco. It appears that the nicotine really doesn’t reach the bloodstream prematurely, so it acts more like an antioxidant when compared to a toxin. Propylene glycol has been shown to decrease the buildup of cholesterol, triglycerides, and plaque on artery walls.
Now let’s take a look at the cancer risks. There are two main groups of those who are at a higher risk for developing a cancer from by using this technology. First, young smokers, who might be taking several hundred milligrams a day of nicotine within their system. Second, those who have had a history of cancer or other illnesses associated with using tobacco.
In line with the Daily Caller, Maryland State Health Department spokesperson Dr. Deonneaden stated that there is “limited evidence” that electronic cigarettes help people stop smoking. That’s quite a statement, given that there exists a wealth of evidence indicating that this product could be highly beneficial in many ways. For instance, it is rather difficult to quit smoking if you are addicted to the nicotine, but with e-cigarette use, you might find that you’re able to quit for a longer time, without experiencing withdrawal symptoms. And, as The Daily Caller highlights, the FDA have not set a legal maximum of how much nicotine a person should ingest from any sort of digital camera, including e-cars.
Now let’s consider the teenage smokers. Most teenagers would agree that cigarettes are bad, and they’d probably try to quit should they could. However, many teens are so deeply dependent on nicotine that it’s difficult to obtain them to stop smoking even though they want to. Here is the main problem with adult vapers, not they are getting their cigarettes from an unhealthy source, but they are replacing cigarettes with a thing that tastes, and looks, and feels almost identical to a cigarette. It’s hard to understand why the adolescent who’s desperate to give up cigarettes would start vaporizing instead of taking more gradual steps towards quitting.
Now think about this. Studies indicate that long-term using tobacco can cause cancer, cardiovascular disease, and many other forms of diseases, yet the tobacco industry spends millions of dollars each year marketing products which are very similar to traditional cigarettes. They have done so for decades, and it doesn’t appear to be dying down anytime soon. If you really believe that e-cigarette technology is substantially not the same as long-term smoking since it doesn’t contain nicotine, then why would anyone cause you to buy a product which will kill you over time? Actually, a written report released by the American Heart Association even shows that children will develop nicotine addiction than older people, due to the fact these youngsters often do not have the correct kind of information about the harmful ramifications of long-term nicotine use.
If we want to go the entire road ahead and make sure that teenagers, and children in particular, don’t get addicted to cigarettes and commence the long process of lifelong tobacco addiction, we have to concentrate on quitting smoking, period. But, when it comes to “vaping”, many people are just happy to avoid the real work involved with quitting cigarettes. That makes no sense at all, and that is the key reason why I encourage everyone in order to avoid vaping, at the very least until they’re fully dependent on them.
